Full service repair, maintenance and calibration services can be provided for all ASG-SD2500 screwdrivers and all comparable electric transducerized screwdrivers currently in the field, regardless of where or when the tools were purchased.

Should a product need to be returned or repaired for any reason, please contact ASG for a return authorization number prior to shipping an item to our facility.

No items will be recieved without prior authorization.In addition to your RA/RMA number,be sure to include a breif description of the problem, your company name, address, phone and contact name. An ASG technician will contact you with quotation and infomation regarding your repair.

CALIBRATION

No matter what your assembly, accurate torque measurement is essential to a quality product. Have your SD2500 screwdriver calibrated on a regular basis to maintain quality operation and avoid unnecessary disruptions to your business.

We can provide you with a paper Calibration Cerificate traceable to NIST detailing
